The short version: Pixalary collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, and the app makes no network connections at all. Nothing you do in the game leaves your phone.

What Pixalary stores

• Your chosen rival difficulty and a short list of recently played pictures, so the game does not repeat itself. This is saved on your device only, is never backed up to any Kixlogic server, and we cannot see it.

That is the entire list.

What Pixalary does not do

• No account, no login, no email or name collection.
• No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no trackers, no third-party software development kits of any kind.
• No network requests. The game is fully playable in airplane mode because it never contacts a server. All pictures and questions ship inside the app.
• No access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location. The app requests no permissions.
• No purchases. Pixalary contains no in-app purchases and no real-money transactions.

Your rival

The rival you race is a computer player that runs entirely on your device. Pixalary has no online multiplayer, so you are never matched with, visible to, or able to message another person.

The pictures

Every picture in Pixalary is in the public domain or released under Creative Commons Zero. Each one records its licence and source, and none depicts a private individual.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything it saved, because everything it saved was on your device. We hold nothing on our servers, so there is nothing else to delete. Email [email protected] with any privacy request.

Children

Pixalary does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects no personal information at all.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new effective date.
